Terms and Conditions

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Kit, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Kit.

The Kit is intended for adults 18 years of age or older who can enter into a legally binding agreement. The Kit is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly sell to minors.

The Kit is available worldwide, except where access, purchase, payment processing, or delivery is restricted by applicable law, sanctions requirements, or payment-provider policies.

The AI Visibility Starter Kit is a self-guided educational digital course that helps a business owner:

• understand AI visibility;
• run guided search prompts;
• record and score their own results;
• understand why businesses appear in AI-generated answers;
• receive a personalized educational result;
• identify relevant publication opportunities.

The Kit is educational content. It is not a done-for-you audit, a publication placement service, or a guaranteed-outcome program.

The Kit is offered for $12 USD as a one-time payment. There is no recurring subscription. Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe or a Stripe-connected payment provider. Access begins after successful payment confirmation.

We may change prices for future purchases at any time. A price change will not affect a purchase already completed at the previous price.

Access to the Kit is connected to the email address used at purchase. You are responsible for maintaining access to that email address and for keeping any authentication links or credentials confidential.

One purchase entitles one individual to use the Kit. Sharing access, providing access to a team, or transferring the license to another person is prohibited. Team use requires a separate written agreement.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is being shared or otherwise misused.

You receive lifetime access to the Kit — that is, access for the operational life of the Kit, subject to reasonable technical, security, legal, maintenance, and third-party platform requirements. Future updates to the Kit are included at no additional charge.

We may improve, reorganize, correct, replace, add, or remove course content over time. We do not promise that any specific hosting provider, AI platform, or technology will operate forever, and temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, security, technical issues, or third-party outages. Uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

The Kit is educational and informational. It is not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and it is not a guarantee of PR placement, publication, search ranking, or AI visibility.

We do not guarantee that ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google, or any other AI system will mention you or your business; that your visibility score will improve; that any outlet will publish content about you; that algorithms will remain unchanged; or that you will generate revenue, publicity, leads, or clients as a result of the Kit.

The Kit relies on third-party services, including Stripe, Lovable, Supabase (or Lovable Cloud), email-delivery providers, Telegram, Meta, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google, and external publication websites. Those third parties have their own terms and privacy practices and may change or discontinue functionality at any time.

AMRAI is not responsible for third-party outages, algorithm changes, AI-generated inaccuracies, ranking changes, rejected publication submissions, or third-party policy changes.

You agree not to:

• share access or provide access to a team;
• copy, republish, or resell course materials;
• distribute Kit prompts as a competing product;
• scrape or automatically extract Kit content;
• bypass authentication or website security;
• submit malicious code or interfere with the service;
• impersonate another person;
• use the Kit unlawfully.

The Kit’s framework, prompts, copy, design, branding, educational method, graphics, and original materials are owned by Olga Amraie or properly licensed to AMRAI PR Agency. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Kit for individual educational purposes.

You are responsible for the information you enter into the Kit. Do not enter full payment card information, passwords, confidential third-party information, protected health information, sensitive personal information, or any information you do not have permission to use.

Essential service communications include payment confirmation, access links, authentication messages, security notices, important operational notices, and important updates to the Kit. You cannot opt out of these while your account remains active.

Marketing communications include PR offers, publication opportunities, discounts, promotions, and news about new products. Marketing emails require your consent, contain an unsubscribe link, and can be stopped at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential service communications.

We may suspend or terminate your access for account sharing, fraud, chargeback abuse, security threats, copyright infringement, unlawful activity, or material violation of these Terms.

Please see our Refund Policy. All sales are final once access to the digital course has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where access cannot be provided because of an unresolved technical issue caused by AMRAI.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Kit is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms attempts to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will AMRAI, Olga Amraie, or any of its owners, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the Kit. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Kit is limited to the amount you paid for the Kit in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AMRAI, Olga Amraie, and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your unlawful use of the Kit, your infringement of third-party rights, account sharing, misuse of third-party information, or your material breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Kit is the State and federal courts located in Orange County, California. You and AMRAI consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and AMRAI agree that disputes must be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class action, collective action, consolidated action, or representative action. This waiver does not apply to rights that cannot legally be waived.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a new “Last updated” date. For material changes, we may also notify you by email at the address associated with your purchase. Continued use of the Kit after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and AMRAI concerning the Kit.
