1. Who we are

Some course-related data will only begin being collected when the corresponding features are launched.
5. Payment information
AMRAI does not store full payment card details. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Stripe may process payment, billing, transaction, device, and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy terms.
6. How we use information
- process payments;
- provide course access;
- authenticate users;
- save progress;
- calculate educational results;
- provide customer support;
- send service communications;
- notify customers about course updates;
- prevent fraud and account sharing;
- maintain security;

- measure advertising and website performance;
- improve marketing;
- send marketing emails where permitted.
7. Legal bases for international users
Where applicable law requires it, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract; your consent; our legitimate interests (for example, security and product improvement); and compliance with legal obligations. Not every basis applies to every processing activity.
8. Service providers and disclosures
We share limited information with categories of service providers that support the Kit: Stripe (payments), Lovable and Supabase or Lovable Cloud (hosting and database), email-delivery providers, Telegram (internal administrative notifications), Meta (advertising measurement), security and fraud-prevention providers, and professional advisers (legal, accounting, tax) or government authorities where legally required.
We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising technologies (such as Meta Pixel) may be considered “sharing,” targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising under some privacy laws.
9. Telegram notifications
A limited internal administrative notification is sent to our Telegram channel for each purchase. It may include the purchaser email, purchase amount, a partially masked Checkout Session reference, and a safe administrative or access-related link.
Telegram never receives full card details, Stripe secret keys, Supabase service-role keys, passwords, or reusable unrestricted authentication tokens.
10. Meta Pixel
Where enabled, we use Meta Pixel for advertising measurement, campaign attribution, website-performance analysis, audience development, and retargeting to the extent legally permitted.
We do not send the following to Meta as raw event parameters: full email addresses, Stripe Checkout Session IDs, passwords, access links, course answers, visibility scores, visibility tiers, publication selections, or full payment information.
Where required by applicable law, we use available Meta consent controls and honor applicable opt-out signals.
12. Email communications
Essential communications: payment confirmation, access, authentication, security, operational notices, and important updates to a purchased course.
Marketing communications: PR services, publication packages, promotions, discounts, and new products. Marketing emails contain a visible Unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not affect essential communications.
13. Data retention
Account email, access information, and progress are retained while the Kit remains operational or until a valid deletion request is fulfilled. Deleting an account ends access to the course. Payment records may be retained longer for tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, chargeback, and legal reasons. Technical logs are retained only as reasonably necessary. Unsubscribe suppression records are retained to honor marketing opt-outs.
14. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
15. International data transfers
Information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. Where legally required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
16. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, withdrawal of consent, marketing opt-out, certain advertising opt-outs, information about disclosures, and to file a complaint with a relevant authority. To exercise a right, email support@amraipr.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
17. California disclosures
AMRAI does not sell personal information for money. Advertising technologies may be treated as sharing or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws. California residents may contact us to exercise applicable privacy rights. Where legally required and technically supported, we honor browser-based privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control. Not every CCPA obligation necessarily applies to AMRAI, and this section is intended to describe our practices rather than to make broader legal admissions.
18. Children
The Kit is intended only for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it.
19. Updates and contact
We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new “Last updated” date. For questions or requests, contact us at:
